- Payment and Acceptance of Service
By sending an e-transfer as payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the service has been completed in full and that the customer is satisfied with the work performed. The acceptance of payments constitutes confirmation that there are no outstanding issues or disputes regarding the service provided. - Limited Warranty
All services are covered by a two-month limited warranty from the date of completion. This warranty applies exclusively to the specific service performed and does not extend to unrelated or subsequent issues that may arise. Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or correction of the original service provided, as determined by Kian Computer. - No Return or Refund Policy
All payments and services are final. Kian Computer maintains a no return and no refund policy under all circumstances. Once payment has been received, no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued.
