Service Policy and Repair Statements

1. Payment and Acceptance of Service

By remitting payment via e-transfer or any other accepted method, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that the service has been fully performed and that the Customer is satisfied with the work completed. Acceptance of payment constitutes full confirmation that no disputes, claims, or outstanding issues exist regarding the service provided.

2. Limited Warranty

All services rendered by Kian Computer are covered by a limited warranty of two (2) months from the date of service completion. This warranty applies exclusively to the specific service performed and does not extend to unrelated, incidental, or subsequent issues that may arise.
Warranty coverage is limited solely to the repair, correction, or re-performance of the original service, as determined in the sole discretion of Kian Computer. Any additional work, parts, or services beyond the scope of the original service will be subject to separate charges.

3. No Return or Refund Policy

All payments made to Kian Computer are final. The Company maintains a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-credit policy under all circumstances. Once payment is received, no refunds, reversals, or credits shall be issued, regardless of the nature of any subsequent issues or customer claims.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kian Computer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business, arising out of or in connection with the services provided. The Company’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law

This Service Policy Statement and any disputes arising out of or related to the services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.
